The Shield - Season 7



The Shield breaks the conventional formula of the cop genre. It plays out in a tough, morally ambiguous world in which the line between good and bad is crossed everyday. The series focuses on the tension between a group of corrupt but effective cops and a captain torn between bringing them down and advancing his own political ambitions. The Shield stars Michael Chiklis as rogue cop Vic Mackey, leader of the elite Strike Team unit, who is effective at eliminating crime but who operates under his own set of rules. Benito Martinez plays David Aceveda, the young captain turned councilman who doesn't like Mackey's tactics and wants to bust him off the force. And CCH Pounder as Claudette Wyms, a veteran detective who understands Mackey and knows how to play both sides of the fence.

Episode 1:- The Coefficient of Drag
The series final season begins with Vic dealing with family threats and being challenged by Shane. Meanwhile, a federal agent investigates a rash of violence in Farmington.

Episode 2:- Snitch
Vic finds himself a valuable commodity to both sides of the Mexican-Armenian gang war which is heating up. Meanwhile, Farmington is hit with black-on-white violence; Vic is confronted by Corrine and Cassidy; and an Anglo rock singer is killed when hit by a cement block dropped by someone in her predominately Hispanic apartment building.

Episode 4:- Genocide

Episode 5:- Game Face
The Strike Team must free the kidnapped daughter of a drug kingpin without tipping off the fact that Agent Olivia Murray is following him. Meanwhile, serial killer Kleavon Gardner, who will be defending himself at his trial, hits a nerve when he disposes Claudette. Also, Dutch continues to try and prove that teenager Lloyd, is a possible serial killer. Then, Danny puts the pressure on Vic to sign away his rights to their child, and Shane tries to turn Ronnie against Vic.

Shane must think and react quick when an assailant is caught who made an attempt on the lives of Ronnie and Vic. Ronnie is kept "out of the barn" when Claudette assigns him to work with Julian on the murder of a high school football star, which also keeps Ronnie from intercepting the letter which details the Strike Forces "sins" that Shane sent to Claudette.
