i dont believe in it but i will say this i dont knock whom ever decides to let they child do it but i feel it is a major bother to they schooling...i make be wrong....i just think it stop them from focus of things they need to be doing as a teenager i ask question because i have a daughter and she is 15 and i know soon i might run across that issue..and i'm a lil scared to deal with it but nothing i can't deal with..but what is a safe age to let a teenager have a boyfriend friend etc......

yall silly . yea im scared 2 nikki. one of the mother on my street made a point 2 me about that . she told me if i dont even let my girls even talk 2 boys . they will go behind my back and do it anyway . im like yea u right , but she just 15 . im not tryin 2 be a grandma this early. and she said she understands but she meets the dude that her daughter talks 2 . and they only meet @ her house when she is there . im think 2 myself wow she might still do it behind her back . so what i do is take it day by day and talk 2 my girls about everthin . oh yea pray that they r listenin 2 me when i say education first boys last .

That's what my mom taught me, and one thing that's stuck with me since I was a teenager was this:

"Get your education first, and then think about getting married. If it doesn't work out, then you won't have to depend on a man for ANYTHING, because you'll have something to fall back on." :cool:

See, this is a life lesson, that ALL mothers should be teaching their daughters, because it's the truth. That's why there are SO MANY women in unhappy marriages because they feel TRAPPED. If all you've ever been is an at home mom, chances are your husband has all the money, and that shouldn't be so; so yeah, keep teaching your daughters that education is top priority.
